Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and issue refunds within 14 days of the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Your return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or return.
How to Request a Return
Email support@jacksonnapier.com with your:
Full name and order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs at this time. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us at support@jacksonnapier.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.
